It takes a community to educate and support our kids. Communities in Schools surrounds students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life. Through school-based coordinators, Communities In Schools connects students and their families to critical community resources, tailored to local needs. Many of these students require basic needs and resources and an individualized approach to help them to learn and succeed in life. Each year we provide services to thousands of students throughout Delaware.
