The Fresh Start Victory Center (FSVC) is an outreach ministry of Fresh Start Community Church, a 501c(3) non-profit organization, serving the needs of the City of Mt. Healthy, Ohio (a suburb of Cincinnati) and surrounding communities. Our guests are served every 3rd Saturday and every Sunday, with Sundays designated for FOOD ONLY. We offer free emergency food assistance, personal care, household items and resource information during the 3rd Saturday operation. We have encountered an increased demand for baby care items. Our goal is to be able to provide these essential items to our guests in addition to the existing services offered.
