Step 1) Install the eyes- although the bait can be used with or without, it is proven more effective with the eyes.

Step 2) Attaching hook locks and weighted hook locks to the hooks- place eye of hook lock over the barb of the hook. Then squeeze.

Step 3) Attaching Hook Locks to Bait- Take a bait and hook with hook lock attached. Line up the end of the hook lock with the center of the bait and screw in.

Step 4) Inserting the Berkley power-scented stim-u-lette pellets- Take a pellet , place it over the pouch and push it in. As you push bend the fish a little so lips form around the pellet.
