The purpose of the HomeAid Orange County Family CareCenter is to ensure that when the crisis of becoming homeless occurs, the immediate safety net of “emergency housing,” is available. Once enrolled, families are provided a safe place to sleep, three meals a day, showers, laundry facilities and support services to help them establish a stable housing plan moving forward. These families need toiletry items and we hope you will consider generously donating the below listed items to help support them.^~^HomeAid Orange County’s mission is to end homelessness through housing and community outreach. Since HomeAid’s founding by the Southern California chapter of the Building Industry Association in 1989, HomeAid has either renovated or built 68 housing developments for those who are homeless. Over the past 30 years, HomeAid housing developments have been home to over 65,000 individuals. All individuals in HomeAid developments are connected with support services geared towards increasing the self-sufficiency and stability of the individual.
