Center for Healing & Hope provides diabetes care through our Diabetes Alliance Program to people who are uninsured. They pay a $30 monthly fee and receive 6 provider visits/year ,4 hours of diabetes education with a certified diabetes educator, retinal scans, vaccines, EKGs, lipid tests, medications and a variety of other services to ensure that they are managing their diabetes and overall well being. Many of our patients are low-income and/or immigrants who do not have access to the resources they need to manage their diabetes. The items on our wishlist are tools we would like to provide for our patients free of charge so that they have what they need to live a healthy lifestyle.
