'21-'22 End-of-Season Bags

The Pathways Winter Lodging Program (by Housing El Dorado) began early this year. While planned for an opening on January 1, 2022, a large storm was forecasted to blow in on Christmas Day, necessitating an early opening of December 26th in order to keep people out of dangerous storm conditions. From the very beginning, JSS was present, providing work transportation, hygiene supplies, clothing, backpacks, and other necessities for shelter guests. Unfortunately, Housing El Dorado was unable to secure a continuing program location. Because of this, the Pathways Winter Lodging Program will end on April 28th. As guests prepare to leave the safety of shelter, JSS has voted to provide end-of-season support to the Pathways & RoomKey guests, in order to ensure that their transition out of shelter is as easy as we can make it.  So far, JSS has been asked for a wide range of support, including camping supplies, bicycles, help with costs associated with getting a Driver's License, work clothes, and more.
