Santa Store

Meadowview Elementary School is a Title I school that educates 475 students. Our school provides daily free breakfast and lunch for our students for 100% of our children. Most of our students come from single parent homes where they work hard to provide for the basic needs of their children. Each child in our school absolutely loves learning but teaching life lessons must be done with a variety of methods to continue to keep our children engaged. Our school mission is to Motivate Every Student Every Day so different teaching strategies must be used to keep the motivation up! They are truly an amazing group of children. Meadowview Elementary would love to fill our Santa Store with items our children can purchase with "decision dollars." Every child needs to learn the importance of giving to others. To be able to purchase a wallet for a dad, measuring spoons for mom, floppy leg wild animals for sister, or race cars for brother is sure to put a smile on a face of our children. Each gift will be gift wrapped so that it is ready to be put under the Christmas tree or given to loved ones. Giving to other helps our students gain self-esteem because they are able to provide a great Christmas experience to their families and friends when they otherwise may not have had the opportunity. With the financial hardships caused by the pandemic for the majority of our families, this program will be even more needed this year than it has been in years past.
