Toys for Kids

I want to donate toys for the children that living with their single parent in Oxford Houses. Oxford House are homes for people whose recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. In its simplest form, an Oxford House describes a democratically run, self-supporting and drug free home. A safe environment and home, with resources and tools to live a healthy lifestyle in sobriety. In Austin and the surrounding cities, there are Oxford Homes where residents living a healthy lifestyle in their sobriety and recovery. We have four homes that have children living with their single parent: Oxford House Childress is a male home with children and Oxford House Gaia, Oxford House Skycrest, and our newest home(Dec 2020) Oxford House Creekmont are our female homes with children. The "Toys for Kids" Event will help make this Christmas for the kids, merrier and more wonderful. And also it will ease the pain and sting of this pandemic, for those single parents.^~^VISION: To be a Blessing. What We Do: Bless individuals and families; assistance in overcoming: poverty, unemployment, addictions, spiritual and mental illness through local resources and Words of Encouragement.
