bi monthly comfort kit drive

Cancer warriors go through a lot when receiving chemotherapy or radiation. We provide the patients with comfort kits to help them through treatments and so that they know they are not alone in this fight, as we are all affected by cancer one way or another. We provide them with a fleece blanket, an air foam gel pillow to help cool them down while doing chemotherapy, quesey pops or drops, heavy non skid slippers, a stainless steel cup with lid for water, to help stay hydrated, lip balm. non scented lotions, hand sanitizer, winter knit hat/scarf/or turban, biotene mouth rinse (travel size). word search book, and a journal to write about their feelings and what they are going through.
