Marc Joseph
Marc Joseph is the founder of www.dollardays.com, the premiere online wholesaler that helps small businesses compete against larger enterprises and nonprofit organizations find the products they need to support their causes. DollarDays offers more than 225,000 high quality products at wholesale and closeout prices. Mr. Joseph has helped build some of America's most known retail stores including Federated Department Stores, Bill's Variety Stores, Everything's A Dollar Stores and Crown Book Stores. Most recently he started a chain of hair salons in Arizona and built it up to 11 stores before selling them to devote full time to DollarDays. He is the author of the book "The Secrets of Retailing ... How To Beat Wal-Mart" which provides expert advice to independent businesses of all sizes on everything from the psychology of buying and the hiring of great employees, to working successfully with vendors and promoters as well as how to expand your business on the Internet. Mr. Joseph is also a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post and the International Business Times news websites.

Jeff Dorsey
Jeff Dorsey, Chief Financial Officer, has over 12 years of finance and accounting experience. He began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, primarily auditing manufacturing clients and then spent three years working as a financial analyst for L Brands (formerly Limited Brands). From 2006 to 2012, Jeff served as as Director of Finance for Cardinal Health, Inc., a Fortune 19 company that provides products and services that help pharmacies, hospitals, surgery centers, physician offices and other healthcare providers. During his time at Cardinal Health he held several Director-level Finance positions, including acting as divisional controller for a business unit, leading the Financial Planning and Analysis function for a reporting segment and overseeing the Sarbanes Oxley compliance process for the company.

Shelly Chaney
Shelly Chaney, VP of Merchandising at DollarDays, is responsible for the overall online merchandising strategy and oversees the merchandising and operations teams. Chaney is a merchant and marketer with more than 15 years of experience in specialty retail, online marketing and e-commerce. Prior to joining DollarDays in 2015, she served as the head of merchandising for Fender and played a pivotal role in the replatform and launch of the direct-to-consumer website.
Previously, Chaney consulted for various apparel brands in Los Angeles specializing in e-commerce launches, website redesigns and marketing initiatives for high-end fashion and lifestyle brands with clients like AG Jeans, BCBG, Ella Moss, J Brand, Kelly Wearstler, Linea Pella and Splendid. Prior, she was the VP of Marketing and E-commerce for designer tee-shirt company Michael Stars for eight years.
Chaney received a B.A. in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations from Arizona State University, as well as a M.A. in Education from National University.

Mike Stringer
Mike Stringer, VP of Business Development joined the DollarDays team in March 2008. A proud graduate of the University of Tennessee, he began his career and executive business experience in June of 2000 with Illinois Tool Works Inc. (NYSE: ITW) a Fortune 100 company, where he opened, managed and grew major accounts such as Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, Ace Hardware and Sears. From 2005-2008, Mr. Stringer was the National Sales Manager for a privately held nutraceutical company. He was responsible for all major national and global distribution. At DollarDays, Mr. Stringer implemented a new business development division, leveraging his experience in selling and account management to create new revenue streams with national accounts and partnerships.

Patrick Knauer
Patrick Knauer, Director of Digital Marketing, has over 10 years' experience working with digital marketing channels to develop, grow and nurture quality inbound traffic and customer segments. Prior to joining DollarDays, Patrick led the Client Service team and designed SEM strategies at Web.com Search Agency. As a digital marketer, Patrick has lead complex marketing campaigns with extensive reach for RE/MAX, Turner Classic Movies and Northern Trust. Patrick graduated from Baylor University and holds a Master's in Business with an emphasis on Marketing and Consumer Experience.

Samantha Starnes
Samantha Starnes, Director of Operations for DollarDays, manages a sizable team of representatives who ensure the smooth transition of thousands of orders each month, in addition to being on-call to handle immediate issues from our large sales team. Samantha has extensive experience in operations and exhibits superior management skills focused on serving our customers. She manages all of DollarDays shipping and communicates directly with our warehouses to ensure a positive customer experience. She has been with DollarDays since 2004. DollarDays' consistent A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau is a direct reflection on Samantha's strong operations management skills and her commitment to excellence.
Jenna Villacres
Jenna Villacres, Director of Vendor Relations, has an experienced background of product management and eCommerce. Her knowledge of planning, forecasting, and production of a product combines perfectly with her expertise of eCommerce processes. She is leading initiatives to develop improved and unique presentation of product lines within the DollarDays website for our customers. Jenna holds a business management degree from Long Island University, and is dedicated to inspire her team to always bring new innovative ideas to the table.
Ryan O'Leary
Ryan O'Leary, Director of Sales, serves as a key member of DollarDays executive team, developing sales strategies that build revenue and profitability. O'Leary is a dedicated and dynamic sales professional with demonstrated leadership skills, razor-focused on exceeding sales and service goals. He holds a strong knowledge of people assessment and management with a solid track record of outstanding performance in increasing sales and retaining customer loyalty. Ryan is a highly motivated, results-oriented professional with an unparalleled ability to drive a sales team's performance. O'Leary has over 10 years of experience in management, leading online and contact center sales teams. O'Leary holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
Rosa Hoverson
Rosa Hoverson, Director of Merchandising, oversees the Product Management team and is responsible for the development and implementation of the online merchandise strategy to effectively grow sales and improve profitability. Rosa has over 10 years e-commerce experience and prior to joining DollarDays she was the Merchandising Manager for SelectBlinds.com. During this time, she worked directly with Good Housekeeping, Disney and a designer to develop and market a special licensed window covering line for those brands. She has been the project manager for multiple back end systems improvements and site redesigns including responsive website to improve customer experience and conversion rate. Rosa holds a B.A. in Business Management from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business.
Andre Mitchell
Andre Mitchell, Director of Technology at DollarDays, is responsible for the overall technological strategy for the company. Andre is a technologist with more than 15 years of experience in enterprise technologies. Prior to DollarDays, he served as the Senior Manager of Supply Chain Release Management for the Technology Division of Wal-Mart Stores Inc., where he led a horizontal team of 11 badged release engineers and more than 75 on- and offshore engineers to build and deploy enterprise supply chain applications to distribution centers and corporate home offices in more than 15 countries. His notable career achievements include facilitating an extensive data center migration for Wal-Mart through 13 infrastructure areas with no adverse impact to business. Andre received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
