Ansaar-ul-Birr Community Services would like to assist our most vulnerable neighbors throughout the year with necessities such as gift cards to purchase grocery items, hand sanitizer, water, personal fans, heaters and care packages. Isolation can do harm for seniors, who are already vulnerable to chronic loneliness, which can have devastating health effects. While friends and family members are unable to see and touch their older family members, we at Helpers To Good Inc would like to alleviate another major consequence of social distancing which is boredom by providing a care package for them that may include but is not limited to gift cards from Target and Walmart, watercolor paint sets, writing and drawing pads, colored pencils and or jigsaw puzzles.
