The mission of the 21st century empowerment, is to provide opportunities for individuals to improve and enhance their quality of life and sense of community through the programs and services available." 21st century empowerment has been assisting low-income, elderly, children, and disabled residents since 2014. We currently helping more than 100 households in Montserrado and surrounding community. We offer emergency assistance for rent, school fees, food, clothing and utilities, employment, transportation, handyman services, youth recreational assistance, clothing and food assistance in addition to many other programs for those struggling with poverty. Our staff strives to create an environment where those seeking our help experience compassion, acceptance and commitment.
