Hygiene and Smiles

Hygiene Freaks has partnered with the Rotary Club of Crenshaw Park Hills Heights to donate personal hygiene kits to the Power Of A Shower on March 27, 2022. Three nonprofit organizations, whose missions are to serve the underserved, are working together to provide access to cleanliness to our unhoused neighbors in the Los Angeles area. Power Of A Shower is an organization that offers free mobile showers to people experiencing homelessness in the Los Angeles area. Hygiene Freaks and the members of the Rotary Club of Crenshaw Park Hills Heights will visit the location to gift hygiene kits to its guests. Each kit will provide a week’s worth of products to maintain their basic hygiene needs and also include masks and hand sanitizer. This will be Hygiene Freaks’ second donation launch and we are looking forward to serving our unhoused brothers and sisters with a token of our love and support. Our goal is to offer kits on a regular basis to local missions, homeless shelters and other nonprofit organizations that offer resources to people experiencing homelessness, particularly showers. Be a part of Hygiene Freaks and the Rotary by helping to put a smile on someone’s face who feels unseen or dismissed because of an unfortunate situation. We believe there is power in clean and when you feel better …you do better.^~^We donate hygiene kits to people experiencing homelessness and to other organizations that offer services to the community.
